Everything from the phone call to set up the appointment to the amount of time the carpet took to dry was efficiently handled and went just as the Brothers' staff said it would.

I rate Brothers Cleaning Services a five on everything! They explained to me what the procedure was and why the hot extraction method was better than soap. He informed me that soap molecules attract dirt after carpet cleaning, which I never knew. This was the first time our 18 month old carpet had been cleaned. While doing the hallway, Scott (the technician) noticed that there was pronounced pooling/pile reversal and pointed this out to me. My carpet had a quite a few of stains on it so I had to go with Brothers Cleaning because I had heard that they were one of the better cleaning services in the area. Their guy came in and did an amazing job on the carpet. I almost couldn't believe my eyes!
