The personnel was very helpful once you were able to get in touch with them. The location was clean but very difficult to locate. The Uhaul trucks we saw were parked in an area next to the building with the correct address but the actual office was located in a different area and not marked very well. The U-Haul representative in Roswell or someone at the local retailer kept giving us the run around. First we were massively overcharged, and then we got a run around on the equipment we needed. We've also been jipped on the return credit for what we were overcharged. This whole experience has been a solid nightmare, and i'm not sure who to blame.

This is my third rental in a row in which I was not able to get the equipment that I ordered when and where I ordered it. Your guarantee is worthless.

I was told by the person who looked at my car for how it was set up on the trailer after I dropped it off to the dropped off station that they didn't tightened the wheels nicely....
