Went in to Brookstone with the family and we were checking out the massage chairs. We did the demo and were having a good time when Kathy their store representative came up to my family and shut off the chairs and put them in the upright positions, basically throwing us out, without saying a word.No one was waiting or in the store. Kathy is very rude, and I will never pay that store a visit again.
