While preparing for a short visit with my daughter at school in SUNY Fredonia my wife came upon the Brookside Manor. We had previously stayed at one of the chain hotels in town but decided to give the Brookside a chance. I am so glad we did.

Andrea and Dale great hosts, at first meeting we felt like we knew them for years.. Rooms are fantastic, breakfast outstanding, owners and guest terrific. Will definitely be back again when staying in this area.
