My husband and I were excellent tenants of Brookside Manor in Lansdale PA. After three years, we decided not to renew our lease and we moved out. We moved here in May. The homes are really nice inside. The grounds aren't kept up with. We had problems getting any maintenance out to fix our air conditioner. We had stains pop up on the rugs. We are not happy and probably will not renew our lease come Spring time. Winning would a great blessing for us especially when we move. Spacious apartments, Balcony's and Patio's for all. Close to down town, close to the train and close to shopping. Many restaurants and grocery stores. Peaceful, quiet, and pet friendly. Pool and close to Hospitals. It is the perfect place to come home to after a hard day at work. This is my last apartment that I will rent, it is just perfect.
