Limited bakery

Brookshires has just an average grocery store bakery. The pastries have almost no-taste so skip the donuts and danishes. Lots of cakes and cookies to choose from if you are in a pinch. Kids get a free cookie when they are in the store.

I was so happy to see a Brookshires in TX. I have been shopping at Brookshires since I was a little kid. The customer service is great. Where else in DFW do the "bag boys" still take your groceries to your car?
