Brooks has a really good selection of top brand kid's shoes. These are all high end shoes but you can join their mailing list to be notified about sales. The sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Place For Kids Shoes

We just got our one-year-old her first pair of hard-soled shoes at Brooks. Kids shoes is pretty much all these guys do so they have a great selection. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly and the prices seemed better than other kids stores. And they give the kids baloons which is always a nice touch.
