I WILL NEVER GO TO BROOKS CAMERA AGAIN and highly suggest that you don't either. I took my camera in for a simple repair (missing shutter button) and am now left with a faulty camera and $80 less in my wallet. When I got my camera back, the new shutter button was not working properly so I took the camera back in. The store employee agreed with me that the new button wasn't working correctly and sent it back to the technician to look at. After a week, I received a call from the Manager/Technician who stated that there was actually a new problem that would cost me an additional $160 to fix....
