Great response time and repair service from Brooks Overhead . My garage door would not close because the electric eyes were not functioning. They were on time and service was included in my warranty so the labor did not cost me anything.
We were very pleased with our repair experience. The repair man was very nice. And he did a great job. We will recommend Brooks Overhead to our friends!
Came on time and did the job they were supposed to do quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated the one day reminder call, the on the way call, and receiving the technicians photo before he showed up.
What a shock to get ready to go to work and find that our garage door was broken. We could not get out, springs had sprung. We called Brooks Overhead they got there within two hours. First the technician helped us open the door so one of us could go to work. He told us what needed to be done and did it! No fuss, no muss very polite. Can recommend to all our neighbors.
thank you again for the great service. nowadays, its difficult to find reputable companies. this is 1 you can trust. i think i called around for atleast an hour before i found them. everyone else was not acceptable.
Great service! Called him for panels which were starting to bend and crack. He gave a quote over the phone and came out the next day. Quick and easy, my door is working great and is now super quiet! Thanks.
Have to give 'em a five. I told them what was wrong, they came out right away, fixed the problem quickly, and were very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Super awesome and friendly guy! Came out and checked out our door motor. The dude - Steve - had an answer and solution within a couple minutes. He told us what motor we had to get and in a couple days he came back and replaced it. It was so quick! Thanks a bunch!
