The sevice at this Brookfields is amazing. They handle crowds gracefully and quickly; even on Holidays/special days. I love their Incredible Edible Artichoke Sandwich and their eggwhite and artichoke omelette. They have a variety of freshmade savory and dessert dishes. They have huge, square housebaked bisquits, which are also served as the shortcake in their Strawberry Shortcake dish.

Great Service. Russell was great! He put up with our table of jokers with wit and charm. The food was excellent and served promptly, courteously, and exactly as ordered. We had a fantastic meal made better by the exemplary service. Thank you. We'll be back and hope to have Russell as our server.

I had burger in so many restaurants around the country and the Brookfields gourmet burger with guacamole went to my top 5. It was tasty, well seasoned and the homemade bun was awesome. The place is clean, but the napkin was too old and worn out. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and took a good care of me.

In 1981, Lee Manolakas (fondly known as Mr. M) invested a lifetime of experience in the hospitality industry
into a Sacramento restaurant off Bradshaw Road. The concept included favorite family recipes and good “homemade” food served in a warm friendly atmosphere. He partnered with his son, Sam, who was also an experienced restaurateur. Both were accomplished chefs.
