Took my tractor to two other shops before I found this one.The first shop wanted to sell me a new tractor. The second,after two weeks of stalling, gave me an inflated estimate. Finally, at Brookfield, they repaired it in only a few days at a fair price. Thanks for the honest service. This is how it should be.

I had gone several other place before going to Brookfield Small Engine. I was searching for some hard to find parts for my lawn tractor. They were the only people that were able to help locate the right replacement parts. However, the parts that I ordered never came in. That may or may not have been their fault but they made it very clear that my business was not important to them. I placed my order on a Friday and was told that the parts would arrive the following Wednesday, possibly Thursday. I was told that I would get a call when the parts came in. Wednesday came and went, no call....
