The office staff is always cluess in regards to apartment infomation. I have been calling for pest control for the apt next to me it is empty and roaches is coming from underneath the door. I had to use my own spray because the pest control they used i think is just spraying water. Security is a joke. Haha. The apt overall is decent could use some updating. The office stsff never have any...

This apartment complex is old and it shows. No modern appliances and no signs of upgrading. The grounds are kept up minimally....hallways are left uncleaned for weeks at a time and dumpster areas have been left with oversized garbage for weeks at a time too. The neighborhood is not the greatest, cars are broken into, domestic disputes, and gunshots aren't uncommon. Check the Virginia Beach...

Brookfield has been a big help for my son & I especially coming from where we live now. Jennifer has been an amazing help. When I walk into the office I'm greeted cheerfully & she has been a great help. Any email I send she responds in a timely manner, along with any phone calls I've made. I look forward to moving here !
