I called about our 9yr old 47" Phillips TV, explained our problem, the guy was extremely polite and nice, explained what he thought it might be, I decided to have them send a tech to see exactly what the answer to the problem is, tech will be here tomorrow. I am quite happy so far.

Wow, what a terrible experience...Very rude people, very incompetent. Took me three trips to this place to try and get an amplifier fixed, and they still could not fix it. Avoid at all costs. Go to Sweetwater.

Dropped off a Pioneer head unit to have a fuse replaced and was told it would take a couple days to repair. 5 business days later they hadn't even looked at it. When I explained that I had my entire dash torn apart waiting for it to be fixed the guy on the phone (Jared Yorke) RUDELY told me "then come in and pick it up".
