It's usually my policy to give a place a year before I review them. This allows for a filling out process, and doesn't fill my restaurant blog with places that have gone out of business within the first year. I entered this restaurant with a little trepidation since so many others at this location have gone under in the last few years. All I can say is that I hope they are here for the long haul! I usually don't like piles of meat on my sandwiches, but, even thought I had to unhinge my jaw like a snake...
