Definitely a great little breakfast place with an amazing variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and courteous and the food is top-notch.
The only questionable thing? I sat at the counter and within 2 minutes, 2 separate pieces of food slid off plates onto the counter, and staff, with no hesitation, put them right back onto the plates...

Having seen adds for the Broken Yolk and liking the name, we decided to try them at the start of our vacation. What a pleasant visit! I have lived in Orange for almost a year now and finally made it to the Broken Yolk. It was good and your waitress Kate was really great. Would I go back, yes but I do have a regular place that I go to that as breakfast food.

The omellete was very good. They make them fluffy. The hash browns were crispy. I would definitely return. Parking is a little 'tight', but we got lucky and got a spot. Probably would not go here on the weekend.
