I am very dissatisfied with the lack of service. They are the certified Andersen Window representative for southeastern Wisconsin. When a number of my windows that were under warranty needed work they came out and only offered to patch the seal. WhenI contacted Andersen Windows they stated that the windows could be replaced but I would need to pay the labor.. I was fine with this and asked for...
