Before placing an order with this shop make sure they are in the city and state that you are placing an order for. They pay to have their shop in locations throughout the United States that they do not service. They charge surcharges on top of the cost of the arrangement and send it out to actual florist in...

Order flowers for a funeral, gave info on viewing time and funeral time on Friday 1/8/2010. On 1/11/2010 they were suppost to be delivered, I even called to make sure order would be delivered on time. I got home that night to hear a voice message from them saying they didn't deliver the flowers on time and the funeral was taking place. They had the never to ask me if I wanted them to be...

I found the florist through Yahoo, and took a chance on ordering through them. The woman who took my order was very easy and pleasant to work with. Since I'm on the east coast, I won't ever see the flowers, so I can't comment on that. My only (very mild) complaint is that I wasn't told the delivery charge before placing the order, which put my total cost higher than I had planned.
