Older buildings but solid as rock and wonderful soundproofing. Gauges are great to have. Great location to highways and DFW.

Nice, quite, small complex both the inside and outside need remodeling. Regardless of what you do your light bill be will high. Parking could be better some long term residence think they are excluded from the rules. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up it's been 3 years to many.

Beautiful complex-been here 4 months and am so impressed with all the upgrades. The grounds are like a garden park and the staff are the best, trying hard to help the residents. would reccomend highly!

Been a resident since 2011, overall the community is good. The property manager Stephanie when contacted regards to inquires is slow to respond. I dislike the fact that when told of a follow up date, I'm the one that has to call after that date has come and gone, at least a courtesy call would be appreciated. The good thing is the time to fix any maintenace issues usually done in a good timeframe.

I lived at Broadmoor for several years now and I have really enjoyed it here. I miss Sharon but the new management has really made some positive changes. Michael the maintenance guy is great, he always gets my requests completed within 24 hours and he is very polite and professional. Broadmoor is a small community that is very quiet and welcoming.
