The rate Broadlink offered was good, I was told call waiting, caller ID, and voicemail were included in the rate. That was not true. The 1st day I had Broadlink service I discovered I had no line waiting, no voicemail. The service was added to my landline and fax line though not needed for my fax line, they refused to cancel the features from my fax line which made it 20.00 per month higher than what I had paid to AT&T. When the contract was up, I cancelled, I have been awaiting a refund since October 2008.
