someone had their apt broke into and was shot ,her boyfriend was beaten in the head with a gun her apt was wrecked and they stole stuff. all here in briar crest. there are people out all hours, my car wa s broke into, the desk people are only nice until u sign the lease, the apartments are small, we have roaches, the elecrticity bill is hihgh, and a lot of teenagers live here and vandalize the...

This place is gross and sucks big time!!! PLEASE, if you have children STAY AWAY!!! Drugs are everywhere and management is rude!!! This place is horrible!!! NASTY!!! Just plan SUCKS!!! METH HEADS in almost every apartment!!!

I've lived here for 6 months now and I can honestly say it's the best investment I've ever made in my whole life! It's definitely worth it. BEAUTIFUL landscaping, great community, awesome service and utilities. My home is spacious, clean, and really nice. I love it!

Please beware! A young woman was assaulted in the parking lot on november 30, 2012. She was thrown to the ground by a young male and a young female. The female was on the victims back while she proceeded to beat on her. A video was taken. The sheriff's department arrested both assailants and towed their car. Drugs most likely involved. Please be careful and carry pepper spray.
