Very disappointed with the service and their customer service is lousy. Will not recommend to anyone.
I had a contract with this company to fix my roof leak Decm 2006. The contract coast was 1055$ and included one year warranty. The leak was never fixed and I continue to have the same leak from the same spot for more than a year after multiple fixes. In September 2008 the best roofer they had the master fixer as they call him found the source for the bedroom leak and he showed it to me in an area they never even got close to it before. He, himself told me that if they sent him from the beginning I wouldn’t suffer and go though the pain that I went through. Luckily, I did not have leak since then. Now this company has the courage to ask for extra charges other than the initial charges (1055$), they are asking for 350$ extra because the roof was finally fixed after the warranty period is over. After suffering for a year and half of continuous roof leak and financial losses in the renovation I had for the wall (around 4000$) which got destroyed by the leak, they have the guts to ask for more money. I filed a complaint to Texas attorney general and I will tell everybody about them in all consumer reviews. I wouldn’t recommend them to any body.
Brinkmann Roofing was recommended to me by my best friends, and they use only the best contractors. So I arranged for Brinkmann to replace my roof, damaged in a hail storm in the Cinco Ranch area. They were responsive, professional, and even helped me find a great painter to repair the rest of the damage.
I received three bids for my roof job. One was way over priced, the other I worried about because they were too cheap. Brinkmann Roofing was right in the middle, and I felt most comfortable with their company and sales rep. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They did a very good job.
We had Brinkmann replace our 20 year old roof recently, and were very pleased with not only the work, but also the follow through. They left the yard clean, and finished our job in two days. We highly recommend this comany to anyone needing roofing work.
Had to have some old damage repaired and roof replaced from Hurricane Ike. Was able to hold off on it for several years. This company was fantastic to work with. They came back out after the job was complete and inspected the work by the crew, and even corrected some minor mistakes they found themselves. Very honest and good work. I will definitely use them again if needed.
They offer free estimate but when asked about coming out to give estimate after knowing that our insurance company has given money for repair only at this time. I was told 2-3 months before I would receive a call to schedule.
