I have been dealing with this company for years. The internet service is down weekly - they have replaced the equipment but it still is unreliable. I am dropping there services - they have lost a customer for life. I would not recommend this company to no one.
The prices galloped from year to year really fast for the same services.
Internet speeds very inconsistent.
The upgrades in Internet speed seem to me being unreasonable high for each stepping up.
The installation is free, but to remove a telephone service would cost!!! you $60+. Again, one would have to pay $60+ to REMOVE a service. Bazaar!
