This is the best minestrone soup I have had in a long time! And the owners are so friendly! Some really personal service made us feel very welcome!

This place is a gem. Great sandwiches for a reasonable price. They don't skimp on the cream cheese. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

the building itself feels like it has been around since modesto's inception. farm theme. nice seating area out back with some bamboo. casual friendly service. menu is simple, which isn't a bad thing. ham and turkey sandwich was pretty good. ham thin sliced and lettuce shredded, which i like. everything tasted fresh. the roll didn't have much taste itself and was too thick for the sandwich.
