I visited my oral surgeon at a new office (on the very first day it offered surgical treatment), and they'd just run out of oxygen before my surgery. So there was a delay, but it wasn't because of unprofessional behavior. The staff kept me up-to-date on the problem, and as soon as they could safely treat me, they did. I really appreciated their honesty, and my surgery went off without a hitch.
