Help us make it rightMy child (a toddler) attended Bright Minds and we experienced numerous incident reports that made us question how supervised the children really were. He always was hungry when he was picked up no matter what time it was. Billing practices were questionable at best. "Teachers" came in two varieties, there were some who very nice and others who walked around with a scowl all the time. They acted like they would rather be some place else and treated both parents and the children that way as well. We have found much better daycare elsewhere and are happy to warn others to keep looking if you are looking at Bright Minds.
BMLA is, by far, the best learning academy for my 5 & 3 yr old children. We have been there for 2 years. I have tried 3 other daycares before finding this one. (My son constantly got sick at the other places, even hospitalized!) We love BMLA!! They are very friendly to our children as well as my husband and I. They greet us every morning with a smile and hugs for our children!! The past two years our kids have learned so many new things!! They have the library and the zoo come in and visit and always have something fun and exciting to do everyday!! We would recommend this preschool to anyone looking for excellent care...
We love Bright Minds! The curriculum is excellent, the facility is clean, and the staff are friendly. Our 2 year old comes home almost every day with something new she has learned at "school". I wasn't sure what to expect from a daycare that costs 70% of what we were paying, but the environment and education are, at the very least, equal of what we were recieving at the other facility. My child attends Bright Minds, they have been wonderful to my child. He loves it there, I have also had the fever calls, however they didn't upset me like other people. I guess I love my child enough to want to pick him up and be with him when he is sick, but I guess that is what makes me a good parent! No job is more important than my child.
