If you ask any local Bostonian about a great place to have Mexican (fast food) and Anna's Taqueria is what they will say.

If you love all things Mexican and have a fixed budget then don't miss this place! A very simple laid back atmosphere with long lines at certain times of day. I love their burritos! This is a perfect spot for vegetarians as the ingredients are fresh and delicious.

Anna's is a perfectly fine place to fill your belly, but it's not super cheap and it's not remarkable. All the extras (cheese, sour cream, guac) cost extra on every burrito, and the burritos are small - (more Mexican than San Francisco sized). Horchata at Anna's is naaaaaaasty. If you want the best Mexican in Boston, go to funky little El Pelon near Fenway. They don't have a lot of tables...
