Creative American food and even more creative drinks (spotlighting interesting ingredients like candied bacon) is the concept at this midpriced River North ‘cocktail kitchen' above Fulton's on the River; beer is also a focus, though it's outshone by an extensive brown booze selection, which you can sip in the funky, sprawling setting with massive columns and industrial ductwork.

What exactly is a cocktail kitchen? Only a collision food and drink such as beef jerky-infused vodka cocktails and duck-fat popcorn. The classic interior pairs well with its above-the-river locale, and you can expect oysters, burgers, over 90 whiskeys and a drink menu that changes seasonally. Just make sure the only collisions this place gets you into happen in your mouth.

Service was really slow, once the food arrived it wasn't great. .. fish was over cooked, scallops were swimming in the sauce which overpowered the fish. We probably won't go back, too many other choices. View is great.
