Excellent customer service. They know us when we walk in or call, and can answer questions quickly. They ve worked with us on many tricky situations and they ve always given us the support we need to keep our business running and able to do business. In the middle of construction, they informed us that according to them, the value of our projects had gone down and they wanted cash back from us--$600,000 on one of the projects.
