My dress was beautiful and I had a wonderful experience with Demetrios from my first dress try-on to picking up after steaming. The alterations turned out great as well. My only complaint is that I was told my bustle would be ~$30 but then when it came time to pay it was over $70. Made my dress experience a nightmare. First they order the wrong dress then try to charge me for their mistake, untill my mother wrote corporate a letter. Then when they fixed that situation , they did it again with one of my bridesmaid . Cried both times, total mess, if it was not for their pretty dresses and the good response from corporate I would give them a 0
