I have lived at Brickshire for a year and will soon be starting another year there. I have had a great experience and recommended the place to several people at work. It is a quiet and convenient location and I personally like the convenience of one payment for my rent, water, sewer, TV, and internet. The girls in the office and maintenance staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Staff makes almost monthly visits to apartment to check on unit and equipment which is very inconvenient. One bath tub has been broken since we moved in 5 months ago and nothing has been done to fix it. Staff wants to charge you for things which were broken and brought to their attention upon move in. I lived at Brickshire for three years and was very pleased with the overall experience. The apartment was spacious and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend it with no reservations.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and we LOVE our apartment. Maintenance always very fast to fix any issue (not that there are many), the girls at the office are incredibly friendly and always greet us by name. The common areas are kept very clean. We hate that we have to move! If you can afford the rent, this is the place for you!
