not a professional!

I decided to go to a professional to have my car detailed because I assumed Brian could do a better job than me, but I was wrong. The labor, products, and customer service were well below standards! After leaving my vehicle with Brian for 5 hours, it was still not vacuumed completely and looked like he spent no more than 2 hours detailing it, not to mention the damage to my vehicle that he...
