Over 30 years in the area- very calm, steady and conservative both as a listing agent and a seller (we have used him both ways). Works hard to find any possible pitfalls (he spent quite a bit of time digging into the easement rights for the purchase of our current property). If you are buying or selling anywhere in the Eastern Panhandle of WV you really can't do any better than this guy.

Brian was extremely helpful in all aspects of our home selling/buying journey. If we ever drove him crazy with our million questions, he did not ever show it. He was always very professional, while maintaining a personable relationship with our family during the entire process.
