Great brewing class and knowledgable staff! Asking questions to real people is a lot easier than reading a book. This place is great! I plan to buy my ingredients from them regularly.

Great place! Much larger selection than my local stores in Columbus Ohio. The shop on Addison has a much better selection than the one in Schaumburg FYI - go there if you can.
