I recently had a job done by Brent's tree service and was very, very disappointed in their work. I have used them several times before and never had any problems. This job was a little bigger and required not only tree trimming, but also a tree removal. I had to keep contacting the company because the work was not completed as it was contracted to be done. Finally, after the third time they came out and failed to complete the job. I used this service through an offer i saw on Google for 15% off. I called early one morning and that day a guy came out to take a look at the trees that were overgrown and touching my home's roof. He gave me 3 different options of removing them and honored the 15% discount. The next day the workers were out on my property mid morning and removed the limbs away from the house. I even got a phone call the next day asking me how the service went. I've never had a company call me proactively to see how I liked their service! I would definitely use them again and recommmend them as well.

So, i bought this living social voucher thinking I could get some of the worst of the trees taken care of while getting an estimate for the rest.
I called to make an appointment and told the woman that answered that my mother would be at my home to meet whomever came out.
A short time after the scheduled appointment, I get a call from a very annoyed Darryl. He complained that he scheduled appointments every hour on the hour and would not deal with third parties. He explained that there were multiple questions that my mother could not answer.

I recently used Brents Tree Service to cut and trim several trees at my home in Steiner Ranch. I want to say that I was thrilled with the whole experience. I received a quote for the services which I thought was more than fair. I was not at my house when the actual work was done. Upon returning to my house, I realized that I had not communicated properly the degree to which I wanted specific trees cut back which were hanging over my roof.
