i called last week and set up the appointment for today before noon....the technition still wasnt here by 2 pm....so u callede, and the lady said she told me after noon today....hmmmmm news to me...then with the tech being that late her excuse was....ohhhhh he must be running a lil behind....good god.....you think lady....then he claims that its a swtch to the heating element....i told him no...
