the reason most want take debit/credit cards is because the cash is harder to track but easier to get in their pocket.by the way we don't take our dogs to Brenda's either.

Brenda has groomed and boarded our dogs for years and none of them were ever traumatized. We had a schnauzer that would bite....Brenda was the only person who would groom him.....and Max loved her and she loved him. All our small dogs have crossed Rainbow Bridge but their last haircuts were given by Brenda's.

I also would not take my dogs there. My dogs were not the same as when they went in. I do however recommend Dr. Krafts office. The lady there does a great job, they are always perfect just like I ask.

I took my 4 year old Maltese there back in August of '09. It just so happened it was the same day my father passed away! When I went to pick her up she was trembling for hours. This is the worst part of it :EVERY NAIL HAD BEEN CLIPPED INTO THE QUICK!! HER LITTLE PAWS WERE CRUSTED WITH BLOOD AND SHE WHIMPERED WITH EVERY STEP!!!!
