their customer service is great, very convenient service. As the technician said it will take about 2 to 3 hours to deeply optimize my computer, of course it was done remotely. By the next morning my computer was running as if it was new. Trust worthy tech support, their prices are great too!  (Hide)

Purchased a plan after my pc was not performing well. As they say UNLIMITED tech support from the ground up they perform a series of repairs and as scheduled twice a month. Convenient and reliable, great service!

Was looking for a computer repair store and found Breakwave. I was in a bit of trouble, needed to get some documents handled but from no where, no interent access or something... Called up these guys and bam! I was back in business, knowledgable individuals and well priced too... I feel comfortable using them again...  (Hide)
