...but really wish they would update and remodel the interior. At least try a bit harder to make it a nice place to stay. Not impressed with this lack of effort but on the other hand the service is feat and the coffee and baked items are top notch.

cute coffee shop that was packed! plenty of dogs outside and people inside having breakfast. Enjoyed the Dirty Chai Latte I got. YUM!

The Breaking new grounds family franchise has been at the heart of the sea coasts's coffee scene for over twenty years. They roast their own coffee and have a wide selection of great beverages and yummy eats.
It is hard to finds a better place to hange out in Durham
