Bad pastrami followed by a poor response from staff

I picked up a pastrami Panini for lunch today. When I got home it was still warm and smelled good. But as soon as I bit into it - crunch! The meat was tough like it had been cut out of the wrong part of the pastrami. I bit again but couldn't bite through the sandwich. I opened it up...

Great local lunch spot

This is the go-to lunch spot for those living and/or working in the Hamden area. The food is always, fresh, healthy and well-made. The prices are reasonable, and the specials often feature interesting food combinations. This used to be one of Hamden's best kept secrets, but given the daily crowds, obviously the word is out.
