I always call you with my plumbing problems, had such a need at the bank last week , you sent out a tech within the time frame, it was Michael, great job and he called BEFORE performing the work to give me a heads up and wanting my approval. You have sent Michael on other jobs for me , please make sure the right people know this . Thanks , keep up the good work .

The job was ugly , Robert was sent out to make the repair .

He did a great job locating , diagnosis the job , explained

What had to be done clearly . Nice work .

As always the service was prompt and The tech was able to take care of the issue with no difficulty although he did have to leave briefly to get a part. He finished the plumbing ( a new gas connection) for our new gas range in short order and even set the clock to daylight time so we wouldn't have to do it tonight. :)
