We had a tree in our backyard that was tangled in the power lines and desperately needed attention. I contacted Brazos, they were very kind on the phone, and I was really looking forward to do business with them.

A few days later a manager in training came out and gave an estimate on the work to be done. He went through all the details including pricing maintenance on the tree versus just cutting the branches out of the power lines. He told us that our cost would be $XXX.XX amount of dollars and specifically mentioned that we won't have to pay a rental fee on the lift because they own...

Dan is wonderful to work with. He was keenly aware of my emotional attachment to my tree, met with me early in the day to discuss details of the surgery, and did a wonderful job of leaving me with something that I am totally happy with ... We will work with him again on future projects.

they were on time and on budget. the work was exactly as we defined. after they finihed and we walked the site they recommend some additional trimming to make the yard look more attractive and when we agreed they finished the additional work at NO additional cost. customer service is not dead.
