Have been going to Bravco for the last several years. Had a bad experience on my last visit. The hairspray I bought was clogged & the conditioning masqe for hair had been opened (the box had been cut and I didnt notice) and the product was all dried up & gunked up on the lid. It looked like someone had used it & returned it. A guy there told me that is the way the product looks, he didnt care that the cardboard box had already been opened and he didnt care about the clogged hair spray nozzle..handed the product back to me and started doing something else. 1st floor nothing like 2nd floor where staff was pleasant, helpful, savvy. I had to return outdated moisturizer (Aveeno) and the manager was one of the ruddiest, most arrogant sales person I havehad to deal with. At first he denied the merchandise was theirs, until the cashier showed him their label on the top. Of course I had my receipt. He also attempted to blame the manufacturer for sending such to him.
