Dr. Smith always makes you feel like you are the only patient he has while he is in the room with you. He will listen to your concerns and he helps in whatever way he needs to.

It is okay having him as a doctor. More attentive and listening to his patients would be greatly appreciated. The receptionists need to help established patients get appointments when they need medical care. Telling patients that there are no appointments available the entire week or on a daily basis is not acceptable. This practice should not advertise same day appointments if it will not be...
