Well to start off it is pointless to even schedule an appointment since they didn't even start working on my vehicle until 2 hours after my appointment time at which I was there 15 minutes earlier. I went to BrakeWay (Formerly Brake Team) on Victorian Ave because my brakes were squeaking and I informed the worker at the desk of this.
