I love our apartment complex and apt. Ever since we have moved in, we have had an amazing experience! The staff is great and real helpful! Security is great! Everything is close-by.

We have had a 2 cockroaches experience in the past 4 months we have moved in, and they have come by and sprayed down the apartment the Thursday after!

Situated close to Rice University and The Texas Medical Center, this complex is a bang for your buck! For the amenities they offer and the excellent maintenance, the rent is very reasonable.
