This place has gone completely downhill. The new owner has no interest in customer service, and won't even get on the phone to answer the issues. I spent an hour here today (the place was not nearly that busy) and barely got my truck even half cleaned. These people do not care. Do your self a favor and take your vehicle someplace else. Wow you people are so ungrateful... rich people getting dem 25$ car washes with nothing better else to do but complain about it. If you people actually complained in person they would resolve the issue right there and then, not go home and type a paragraph on how unsatisfied you are with your car wash... really now.

i been going to auto spa for about three years, i use their service for all three of my trucks and suv. tire,oil change and car washes. almost everytime i go there something is wrong,my suv or truck is not wash good or oil change not complete, damage to 2 of my trucks. my landrover was put threw the wash and the 3rd brake light was broken i said no big deal ill fix it my self. that cost me...

I love this place. The lube techs. are very honest, and know what there talking about. The car wash is pretty good to. All around excellent place to take your car.
