Very poor customer service, lousy

I wanted to add an important addendum to my previous review. I have since come to learn that Brace Flooring are PRICE GOUGERS!

We HAD to use them because our builder had a contract with these people, but everyone needs to know that these people are price gougers.

We wanted to upgrade our bathroom and flooring choices throughout the new home. We priced our choices (by product and provider, so we knew what the retail prices were per yard) - Brace quoted OVER THREE TIMES the cost for these products. They were ALREADY getting labor charges to put in the basics, so it's not labor related.

Had to use them when building a home. The salespeople were terrible, horribly overpriced, and they got my bill wrong-in their favor of course. Took forever to fix.
