May I just say that mistakes happen? Accidents happen, people shouldn't be so quick to judge or point fingers. The groomer, the teenager and the owner of the lost dog are surely hurting and regret that this happened. No one person should be attacked. It would be much more helpful to use that energy getting out and searching. I pray Angel is found soon and returned to her mom. I have been out...

Might I suggest that it would be appropriate for your shop to offer a reward for the return of the now missing yorkie that you mistakenly gave to the wrong party and she subsequently ran away and is lost...as well as reimbursing the dog owner for the cost of flyers and missing work to search for her dog.
