We have only had this trash service for about 3 months. I've kept my trash can out front of my house because of neighbors so they don't use it. Being my forgetful self I have forgotten multiple times to pulll it out to the road. But Tuesday morning my trash can is always empty and by the street. I love the fact that when I forgot your men actually come to my porch and grab the can to empty it!...

In response to Suzanne B, your bill was so high because you never paid your bill. The decline $15 charge ever 3 months was due to declined credit cards because you would never pay your bill which you were made aware of at time of set up, nothing has changed except when you pay every 3 months versus monthly.
