The guacamole was delicious and the Ceviche was different in that it was served in large chunks on flat puffy tortilla shell. They were very good but overall I found the menu disappointing. Our dinner at Boveda was fine until it was time to pay. We were a party of 10, and expected the normal 18% gratuity to be added to the bill. However, the manager brought over the bill and asked us whether we'd like the gratuity to be either 20% or 21%. We found this completely off-putting.
